1.- Recommendations for Nursing Education on Methotrexate for patients with Rheumatic and Musculoskeletal Diseases
Dear Participant,
If you have a rheumatic disease and you take or have taken methotrexate (MTX), please fill out this questionnaire for our project which aims to develop "Recommendations for the education of the person with a rheumatic disease who is taking methotrexate". If you are a parent or a caregiver of a child with a rheumatic disease (who takes MTX) you are also welcome to participate.
This study is being conducted by a team of international researchers, including specialist nurses, patient representatives and rheumatologists. The project received grant support from medac® and is being managed by Qualinvest® - a Research Consulting Company.
The survey consists of three sections: (1) your demographic data; (2) your experience on methotrexate; (3) additional comments you may have.
There are no correct or incorrect answers since we are only interested in your personal perspective on this topic.
The whole survey will take you approximately 5 minutes to complete. Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary, and you can withdraw at any time.
Your answers are anonymous, treated strictly confidentially, and only used for the purpose of this study. Source data of this study will be stored according to regulations for 10 years. No one besides the study team will have access to the data.
Data collected, which will not be linked to any individual participant, may be published as research articles in print and/or online and presented at conferences.
